This is a great resource for inspiring you to get leadership skills; I don't think any one can be a good leader without having the skills this book talks of and concisely inspires you to get. The Chapter on Leadership should be absorbed by every manager and the other Chapters help give one the psychological skills and urge to be dynamic and very focused. Becoming a manager, I find this book very useful and refer to it frequently; it often gives me the right quote I want to inject into a speech or into a discussion with my staff.
