What is the career level of your audience?  What is the likely size of the audience?   Will any participants be dialing-in? Will facilities be available for a Power Point slide show to be used in this training?  (These facilities are helpful but training can be done without them.) What kind of sound system will be available to the trainer? If the audience is likely to be large, will microphones be available so that questions from audience members can be heard by everyone?
